Employability skills Non-technical skills, knowledge and understandings that are necessary to gain employment and participate effectively in the workplace. Often referred to as soft skills, they include skills such as communication, self-management, planning, decision making and problem solving.

Problem solving skills Supporting those who are solving problems, or discovering new problems to solve, the problems you face can be large or small, simple or complex, and easy or difficult. A fundamental part of every manager's role is finding ways to solve them.
